At Mitchell Fire Protection, we value your time and strive to provide prompt and efficient repair services. Please provide us with 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our technicians’ schedules and allocate their time to other clients.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge an appointment fee of $95.00 (for Annual Sprinkler Certification or fire extinguisher servicing or services up to $300.00) or $275.00 (for 5-year Sprinkler Certifications & repairs estimated at over $500.00)
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a fee for the time set aside for servicing. Please note this also applies to no-shows, non-readiness at the appointed date/time or non-communication resulting in work not being able to be performed at the appointment.
We only ask you to communicate and let us know if there is an issue with scheduling so that we can make every effort to change scheduling for you.
Please note this policy helps us maintain our quality of service and availability to our clients since there is a time slot set aside for you and your business. We understand emergencies can and do occur, so we consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.
